HPG Solutions is a First Nations-owned commercial maintenance and projects contractor based in Smeaton Grange in South-West Sydney. We specialise in plumbing, fire services and roofing across government, infrastructure, and commercial assets throughout New South Wales.
Founded in 2016 by Lee Henderson, HPG Solutions began as a small operation working out of Lee’s garage. Through a strong focus on reliability, quality workmanship and long-term relationships, the company has grown steadily into a trusted contractor employing a team of more than 35 skilled tradespeople and support staff.
Today, HPG delivers both ongoing maintenance services and construction projects across large and complex asset portfolios including transport infrastructure, defence, government facilities, schools, and commercial buildings.
In addition to reactive and preventative maintenance, HPG undertakes upgrade and construction works with project values of up to $4 million in service delivery. This capability allows our clients to rely on one trusted contractor for both ongoing asset maintenance and larger capital improvement works.
Lee Henderson founded HPG Solutions with a clear vision, to build a company that delivers high quality trade services while creating real career opportunities for people in Western Sydney.
Starting from humble beginnings, Lee personally carried out much of the early work himself while gradually building a team of apprentices and tradespeople who shared the same work ethic and standards.
One of those apprentices was Matt Hudson, who joined Lee early in the journey and has grown alongside the business. Today Matt serves as General Manager, playing a key role in leading operations and supporting the continued growth of the company.

Commercial plumbing maintenance including reactive works, preventative maintenance, asset inspections, and infrastructure repairs.
Installation, repairs, and maintenance of wet. Dry and passive fire systems including hydrants, hose reels, sprinkler systems, fire doors, smoke alarms and associated infrastructure.
Roof plumbing, leak detection and repairs, stormwater systems, gutter maintenance, and roof asset inspections.
HPG Solutions primarily supports government agencies, infrastructure operators and commercial asset owners who require reliable contractors across large asset portfolios.
